Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Aeonis Estimate (operated by AEONIS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Sunbiz document L23000329497)) collects, why, who processes it, and your choices.
What we collect
- On your device only: your business profile (name, licence #, phone, email, address, logo), drafts and settings are stored in your browser, not on our servers, until you share a document.
- Job descriptions you submit are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an estimate. We log the trade and location you entered for usage statistics, not the description.
- Shared documents: when you create a client link we store the full document, including your business details and your client's name, email and address, so your client can view and sign it.
- Electronic signatures: the signer's typed name, email, time, IP address, browser user agent, consent record and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the document.
- Early-access list: your email if you join.
- Technical data: an anonymous random device ID and a salted hash of your IP address to enforce free-use limits; error logs.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party trackers. The app stores data your browser needs to work (for example your workspace key, drafts and settings) in your browser's local storage. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings; you will lose access to data stored only on that device.
Rate limiting and security
To prevent abuse we store a salted, one-way hash of your network (IP) address together with daily usage counters. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the service.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf or as independent services as described:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, content delivery, security, and our database (Cloudflare D1), and AI inference (Cloudflare Workers AI running Meta Llama models; Cloudflare states it does not use customer inputs to train models).
- Brevo / Sendinblue SAS (France): sending transactional emails (copies of signed documents to the signer and the business). Email addresses and message content pass through Brevo.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to the providers above, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
Retention
Address lookups from public geocoders are cached for up to 90 days. Saved reports, leads and shared documents are kept until you ask us to delete them. Signed documents and their signature records are kept for at least as long as the business on the document may need them as a legal record, unless deletion is required by law. Early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
Email ronald@aeonis.pro to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights; we will honor them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
The service is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International transfers
Data is processed in the United States and, for email delivery, by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) in the European Union.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date and, for material changes, notify users we can reach by email.
