Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Aeonis Estimate at estimate.aeonis.pro (the "service"), operated by AEONIS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Sunbiz document L23000329497). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

AI-generated drafts, not professional quotes

The service uses an AI language model to draft itemized construction estimates from your description. Output is an automatically generated draft, not a professional estimate, quote, bid, engineering, legal or code advice. Quantities and prices are approximations based on general market information and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for reviewing and correcting every line item, price, quantity, permit, licence and code requirement before sending any document, and for the prices and terms you offer your clients.

Electronic signatures

Documents you share can be accepted by your client with a typed electronic signature. Before signing, the client must consent to electronic records and signatures under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and applicable state law (UETA); we record the signer's name, email, time, IP address, browser and a fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of the document, and email a copy of the signed document link to the signer and to the business email on the document. You are responsible for: making sure electronic contracting is appropriate for your transaction and jurisdiction (some documents, notices and consumer cancellation rights have special requirements, such as the FTC Cooling-Off Rule and state home-improvement contract laws); providing a paper copy if a client asks; and the content of the contract. Signed documents cannot be edited; issue a change order instead.

Your clients' information

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter your clients' names, emails and addresses, and for your communications with them.

Early access, pricing and refunds

The service is currently offered free of charge as an early-access product. No paid plans are offered and we will not charge you anything unless you separately and explicitly choose a paid plan in the future. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell early-access users by email at least 30 days before any feature you use becomes paid.

Refund policy. If you buy a paid plan in the future: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any reason; you can cancel renewals at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; and we will refund any charge made in error or for a period in which the paid features did not work as described. Email ronald@aeonis.pro with your receipt. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not: scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract imagery, outlines, addresses or other data; resell or redistribute data obtained through the service; use automated scripts against the service; attempt to bypass usage limits or security; use the service to mislead consumers or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that violates these terms or threatens the service.

Your content

You own the content you enter (company details, prices, documents). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Anything you share by link can be viewed by anyone who has the link.

Third-party services and data

The service relies on third-party data and services listed on our data sources page, each subject to its own licence or terms. Third-party data is provided "as is" by its owners and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Map imagery and address search are provided by Esri and its licensors; you may not extract, cache, redistribute or reverse-engineer that content, and your use is also subject to the Esri Master Agreement terms that apply to end users.

Trademarks

"Aeonis", "Aeonis Roof" and "Aeonis Estimate" are names used by AEONIS LLC. Other product and company names are the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service and all estimates, measurements, documents and data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEONIS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, jobs or data, arising from your use of the service or reliance on any estimate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $100.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold AEONIS LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, the prices, quotes or contracts you give your customers, your communications with homeowners or clients, or your violation of these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where we have your email, sent to you in advance. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
